Have a Career Change Question?
Have a Career Change Success Story to Share?

This is the part of my website that I am most excited about!

I want to create a place where people seeking to make career or job changes not only find the tools to do it, but have a supportive, informative community in which to participate.

Often you will find that when you tell someone (especially family members) that you want to make a career change, the idea is met with lots of resistance. People will say things like "What's wrong with the job you have now?", or "Can you really make a living doing that?", or "That sounds very risky to me." Basically human beings are fearful of change and when you suggest that you will be making a major life change it raises fear and anxiety in others, which is what all of those statements are about.

You can rely on me, and the others who participate here, to give you honest feedback and support in pursuit of your dream job or career. This is a place where we can share our ideas, successes, and even mistakes so everyone can benefit from our collective experience.

Have you made a successful career change?

Tell us about it here. How did you decide to make the change? How long did it take? What was the easiest part of the process? Hardest? If you had to do it all over again, would you?
